Maple Crest is a Non-smoking, 4-building apartment complex with appliances and basic cable in all units. Conveniences such as grocery stores, medical clinics and the post office are minutes from home. Transportation to area stores is provided twice monthly. It's just a short walk to the Interurban walking/bike trail and a 2 minute drive to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach.

Security deposit is $350.00. Rent includes heat, water, basic cable, trash pickup, etc. Electric is not included. Maple Crest is also a pet friendly community. Pet deposit is additional ($250.00 -non refundable).
