Maple Crest is a non-smoking, 4-building apartment complex with appliances and basic cable in all units. Outdoor covered patios. Conveniences such as grocery stores, medical clinics and the post office are minutes from home. Transportation to area stores is provided twice monthly. It's just a short walk to the Interurban walking/bike trail and a 2 minute drive to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach.

Security deposit is $350.00. Rent includes heat, water, basic cable, trash pickup, etc. Electric is not included. Maple Crest is also a pet friendly community. Pet deposit is additional ($250.00 -non refundable).
Note: In order to qualify for the affordable housing program associated with Maple Crest Apartments, total gross household income must be at or below $35,460 (1 person household) or $40,560 (2 person household).
Eligibility will be determined only after obtaining third party verifications of your income and assets as well as credit check, criminal background check and prior landlord reference.
