Roommate for Lake Wissota Area House

Need a roommate for 2 Bedroom + bonus room house in Lake Wissota area. House sits on 1/2 acre with plenty of outdoor yard space. I have a dog, work as a licensed auto dealer for a local dealership and have side work. I am busy and active and am seeking a roommate without drama who can share expenses. I am 20+ years old, don't party with loud music at home and am respectful of my neighbors so you will need to be as well. There is no garage, this is not a fancy place to call home. I have a work garage for the cars I flip off site. . Laundry, parking, all of the usual amenities like air conditioning and heat! Your own private spaces. . .washer and dryer. . .large yard. . .all expenses in the monthly rent of $700.00. Looking for a person who won't treat my Lenny pup wrong, bring me drama, steal from me and will pay their own way for more than a couple months. . . hit me up if you are interested.
