Welcome to Garden Terrace Apartments, located in Northern La Crosse.
The apartment has beautiful wood flooring in living room and kitchen. Tile in the bathroom and carpet throughout bedrooms. All apartments includes a washer and dryer, storage unit, bike storage and 1 parking space.
Utilities included in rent are water, sewer and trash. You will only be responsible for setting up electric, gas and cable/internet.
We allow 2 pets per apartment, weight limit is 50lbs total. There is monthly pet rent ranging $25 - $40 per month, depending on weight and a pet Security deposit of $150 ($250 for 2 pets).
Income Restrictions mean you can only make up to a certain amount of income per year to qualify depending on the number of people that will be living in apartment (including children).
