Country Property Wanted

Responsible, mature adult couple in search of a country property or hobby farm with acreage that will allow our horses and dogs reside with us on the premises. We’re looking for a home that we can rent/lease, rent to own or do a land contract. We will take great pride in maintaining the house and property, and will do so with dignity and cleanliness. We are very handy around the home and will treat and maintain the place as if it were our own.
We currently rent a horse property in which we will have been residents for 8 years in August 2023. We were recently notified by the landlord that he intends to tear down the barn that houses our horses, hay and personal property this coming spring which is the reason why we’re looking to move. My husband and I are looking for a long-term/permanent lease, and are willing to sign an agreement/contract. We are willing to relocate for the right place but currently reside in NE WI. I can offer references, rental history, income verification information as well as photos of our current residence for your viewing.
