I have a second floor, two bedroom, one bath apartment available on 01/23. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the north side of Oshkosh at 900 Stillwell Avenue, 54901. The $795/mo rent includes water, access to washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, air conditioner, yard care, and snow removal. You would be responsible for the electric and gas heat utilities. There is an initial six month lease and a year lease thereafter required. The security deposit is $795. Sorryno dogs (service dog permitted). Cats are allowed for additional rent and security deposit. No smoking of any kind is allowed. No need to apply if you have an eviction or criminal conviction on your record within the last (10) years.
