The complex is professionally managed and there is no responsibilities on your end. Tenant is responsible for water and electricity. Heat is electric. $850 rent and $850 security deposit. We accept only one pet and there is a one-time, nonrefundable, fee of $500 and applies for as long as you reside in the unit. Tenant Requirement: NO PRIOR EVICTIONS or criminal history. Minimum gross monthly income of $2,400 per applicant and a minimum of trailing 12 months of continuous employment history. We require minimum credit score of 600. We will prioritize applicants with proven rental history. We only accept up to two residents per unit.
