Curtains, blinds, and air conditioner are in the apartment. The apartment comes unfurnished.
The building is inhabited by single professionals who are responsible and respectful. The building is a quite complex and totally smoke free. We are looking for a responsible tenant that respects others and the property, therefore no subleasing, no pets or visiting pets, no smoking or visitors that smoke, and no playing of musical instruments.
Monthly rent is from $750, and heat and electricity are not included. We pay for water, sewer, and garbage pickup. Security deposit is $750, the same as one month's rent. A one-year lease with rent paid on a monthly basis.
