This is a one-bedroom fully furnished unit that has been recently updated in the heart of the Big Powderhorn Ski Resort. The unit is part of a four-unit apartment building tucked away on a quiet street with a less than 5-minute drive to the slopes. Close proximity to both Ironwood and Bessemer.
The unit features a king bed, walk through kitchen and dinning space. Shared washer/dryer in basement. No smoking in unit or in close proximity to the property. All utilities are taken care of by Landlord.
MSHDA waivers acceped. Tenants must have proof of stable income or funds such as verifiable employment. First month's rent and deposit of one month's rent due at lease signing.
We are open to one month, six month, or 12 month leases. 12 month leases at $750 per month. Shorter term lease prices will be higher at $1,000 per month.
