It's shameful and disrespectful to the entire community to charge excessive prices for rentals. You are hurting others with less. You are committing a sin. And you are profiting off the backs of others that are worse off than you. Rates are almost double what they were only a decade ago, for no reason other than you can charge as much as you want and others who can not buy houses have to pay. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS!
