live in healthcare assistant needed

Seeking assistance with caring for my father in home in turn for a warm place to stay and half the utilities. I you have a job outside the home too I am ok with that also. Must have some experience with long term care (more than just companionship). Non-smoking, non vaping, drug free, no pets (I already have limit allowed by landlord). The idea is to be able to have a part time job somewhere and a life outside the home as well to prevent burnout. We also have a home health aide that comes out 2-3 hours Monday through Friday.
