We have a one bedroom cabin in Summers County, available Dec 2022- March 2023 for long term rentals. It is fully furnished with everything you need, including free WIFI. It is located in Pipestem, WV 25979. For traveling professionals we are within driving distance of 7 hospitals. Summers County ARH, Princeton Community Hospital, Bluefield Regional Hospital, Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Beckley ARH, Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley VA Hospital. We are within a 10 minute drive to our quaint small town of Hinton, WV 25951.
We are pet friendly!
Weekly rental is $250 and monthly rental is $1000 which includes all utilities, linens, Roku TV & WIFI. A washer & dryer is also be available on site (free). A biweekly cleaning will be required to keep the cabin in pristine shape. No smoking allowed inside the cabin. Max occupancy: 2. Maximum stay 30 days unless prior approval.
Our goal is to host a traveling professional through the winter months, or just for a weeks getaway.
We are located at the mouth of the New River Gorge National Park and we are surrounded by nature and many outdoor activities, or just relax around the firepit at the cabin.
