The rental has electric baseboard heat and portable air conditioners allowing you the ability to maintain your desired temperature year-round. This unit features an electronic deadbolt with code that will be provided upon check in, as well as an exterior security door on the premises.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on the main level of this 5-unit building, occupied by traveling professionals.
