We have included FREE Wi-Fi for your convenience, offering professionals the ability to remote work from the comfort of their rental.
The rental has electric baseboard heat and portable air conditioners allowing you the ability to maintain your desired temperature year-round. This unit features an electronic deadbolt with code that will be provided upon check in, as well as an exterior security door on the premises.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on the main level of this 5-unit building, occupied by traveling professionals. The property is within walking distance to Princeton Community Hospital (0.5 miles) and Mercer County Courthouse (0.2 miles), as well as all the amenities of the Historic District of Princeton with restaurants, shopping, banking and more!
