These are 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with lots of room. Hardwood cabinets, plank flooring, extra wide stairs, and all major appliances. These were built to last! All bedroom are upstairs with the laundry which has Samsung washer and dryers. The master bedroom has a reading nook and your own private bath. Each unit has an attached garage with personal parking in front. W/S/G is included in the rent.
The application is $45 per adult and there is a $300 non-refundable holding fee due within 24 hours of being accepted. If your application is approved the $300 will go towards your total deposit. If you are denied, we will mail back your $300 holding fee. If you are approved and you back out for any reason your holding fee will not be returned. If the holding fee is not paid, we will continue to the next applicants. All applications must be filled out completely.
Deposit is equal to rent with approved application. If an override is needed your deposit will be an additional $1000. There is a pet fee of $500 per pet that is non-refundable and will allow you 2 pets under 60lbs at full grown and can not be on our dangerous breed list for dogs. All deposits must be paid prior to move in or at lease signing. You are also required to provide proof of renter's insurance.
