The application is $45 per adult and there is a $300 non-refundable holding fee due within 24 hours of being accepted. If your application is approved the $300 will go towards your total deposit. If you are denied, we will mail back your $300 holding fee. If you are approved and you back out for any reason your holding fee will not be returned. If the holding fee is not paid, we will continue to the next applicants. All applications must be filled out completely.
Deposit is equal to rent with approved application. If an override is needed your deposit will be an additional $1000.
There is a pet fee of $500 per pet that is non-refundable and will allow you 2 pets under 40lbs. All deposits must be paid prior to move in or at lease signing. You are also required to provide proof of renter's insurance.
Must take possession within 5 days of approved application
Requirements:
- 3x the rent in income before deductions combined
- 1 year of employment
- 2 years of rental history or owning (renting from family does not count and you will have an additional deposit)
- Pass Criminal Background
- Renters Insurance Required
