For rent to one person, is a clean, nice, carpeted, furnished basement apartment, with your own private entrance and all utilities included. (So no separate electric bill, gas, water/sewer, cable bill etc.)
It might be good for a teacher, or Shenandoah University grad student/student - as it's just down the road. Background will be checked. Furnished with a queen bed & 2 dressers & shelves & closet in the bedroom. In living room are couches, coffee table, lamps etc. Kitchenette area has full size refrigerator, microwave, sink/counters, cabinets for storage, etc. Private full bathroom has large shower. This apartment is in the basement of a large nice quiet home, in a safe nice neighborhood, close to town.
This is for one person only. No parties, drama, visitors, guests. There are lots of great breweries/wineries around to meet up. Must be full time employed or full time student. No smoking.
