It is walking distance from Highland Park with its massive trees and walking paths as well as walking distance from bus and free trolley stops. The apartment is about a mile to downtown Roanoke and the Roanoke River Greenway as well as the Carilion Hospital. The owner will consider pets with extra pet deposit.

Deposit of $800 for month to month lease of which $100 is non refundable to cover application process and quarterly maintenance visits.
Pets considered on a case by case basis. An extra $50 a month to rent per pet per month and $200 non-refundable pet deposit
