Spacious 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment in a quiet part of Blacksburg. Available starting Dec. 1 with a lease transfer. This apartment is located in the Windsor Hills community and is only about 1.5 miles from Virginia Tech. Rent includes trash removal, but I haven't paid more than $120/month total in utilities since living here.

This is genuinely a wonderful place to rent. We would stay here, but we are moving closer to my husband's job. This is a perfect place for someone who doesn't want roommates, or a couple looking to be close to the university.
