Lovely two bedroom with two baths and peaceful views out to the creek that flows through the property. Master bedroom has bathroom en suite. Second bedroom is small - best suited for a smaller child? Rent includes satellite television, high speed internet, off street parking and snowplowing. Heating system is in-floor radiant for a very cozy feel. Kitchen cabinetry is full plywood construction with ceramic tile; appliances are gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and full size built in microwave. Bathroom floors are ceramic with glass tile highlights. Propane (for cooking, heat and hot water), electricity, trash and water/sewer have historically been just over $200 per month. This one is on the second floor of Building 1 so it's serviced by an elevator. Pets will be considered, though we cannot accept some dog breeds.
