144 Larkin Way offers new one bedroom apartments in a newly renovated hotel. The units will be available mid-January (1/13/2023). At this time, we are unable to offer showings as it is still under construction, but could happily complete a virtual tour.
Rent starts at $1750/month. ALL utilities are included, even internet. Units are UNFURNISHED. Laundry is on the first floor and is coin-operated. There is a large parking lot that is first come first serve. We do not assign parking spaces and there is no parking garage.
This property also offers a small gym, bike storage, and a game room with a pool table, darts, and foosball. Pets are welcome, with a pet deposit and PooPrints swab.
144 Larkin Way is on a small campus of hotels and is very quiet. At the bottom of the property is a public bus line from Shelburne Road. Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and bars are all within 5-10 minute drives. University of Vermont campus is a quick 10-15 minute, as well as to Church Street in the heart of Burlington.
