Hi FolksI am offering up my house(s) for a 3 month rental while I'm on vacation: Available December 10th, 2022 through March 10th 2023, price includes all utilities, I can pro-rate if needed, may consider renting it for shorter. Location is 15 minutes from both the Montpelier and Middlesex exits on Interstate 89. In addition to the this guesthouse there is a 1500 sq foot mainhouse that will also be rented on the same property, I would consider renting both to the same family if more space is needed. Great house and location if you often come up weekend to ski, or if you just need something to get you through the the darkest part of winter. There may also be opportunities to bridge/fudge the dates a little bit, or may consider renting it for a shorter period and may be able to bridge some extra time as well using one or both houses.
