Up for rent is a house in a very private area in Sharon Vermont just 2 minutes off Interstate 89. The lease term will be 6 months, from November 1 to May 1. We are also pet friendly. Amenities include paved driveway, central air conditioning, whole house generator backup, high speed fiber optic internet, stainless LG appliances and more. This comes unfurnished.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
There will be renovations PHASE 1 completed on an abutting section of the house during this lease term. When we turn to PHASE 2 of the renovations we will move your items from the basement to a newly renovated section of the house and then start PHASE 2. Finally, PHASE 3 will require renovating the kitchen and living room. Please note, this space will be usable despite the renovation. If the kitchen portion of PHASE 3 is being completed during this 6 month lease the monthly rental price will be reduced to $1,250 for any time the kitchen is being directly worked on.
