Available Nov. 1st- This is a bottom unit apartment of a duplex 6 miles from downtown Stowe with a short term lease of 6 months with an option to renew. First/Last and a $2,200 security deposit are required before moving in. Tenant will have to have a credit check/back ground check and references. This unit is only one year old! This is a two room apartment that is fully furnished. The first room has a queen bed and the second room has a full size bed with linens provided. The living room has a couch and 50” TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics. This being a bottom unit there is expected noise from upstairs tenants but nothing to bothersome. Each unit has separate driveways with separate entrances that really helps keep each unit private. There is plenty of parking and the home sits on 2 acres with access to the VAST trail. Heat/Electric and Trash are included and tenant is responsible for recycling/composting and wifi. There is no washer and dryer in this unit. Willing to consider one animal on a case by case basis.
