Stated rent based on a 12 month lease and a fully furnished space as shown with the following utilities included: Electric, heat, internet service, hot water, trash removal, and snow plowing. Apartment can also be rented for shorter periods at a higher cost. Much flexibility.
Full sized modern appliances. Includes small washer/dryer unit in private mud/laundry room. This apartment comes fully furnished as seen in photos. Kitchen outfitted with pots, pans, dishware, glassware, cutlery, microwave, toaster, & coffee maker. A large flat screen TV is provided in the living area.
Dedicated off-street parking space in the rear of the building. There are two entrances to the apartment; front (street-side) and rear (parking area).
Occupancy: February 5, 2023. First and last month's rent, plus a $2,000 refundable security is required to move in.
