Winooski Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting applications for our waiting list. Eligible applicants will be placed on the waiting list for future apartment vacancies at the Courtyard Apartments. These units are one- and two-bedroom apartments for elders ages 62+ and adults with disabilities. Eligible applicants pay no more than 30% of their income for rent including heat and electricity.
The Courtyard is conveniently located in Winooski, and is on the bus line, with laundry facilities and 24-hour emergency maintenance. WHA also offers Support Services at Home (SASH).
