Updated cottage with a grand view of the Randolph county side. This cottage sits on four acres and is an easy 10 min. drive to Randolph, 30 min. drive to Montpelier, and 50 min. to Burlington or Dartmouth Medical Center.
Enjoy the comfort of a fully furnished and equipped cottage with 2 full bathrooms, a large loft bedroom with a queen bed under the eves, large closet spaces, and room for occasional guests on a comfortable queen size sleeper couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen and a large private deck with beautiful views of the valley below. The space is also equipped with a brand new washer/ dryer set, has its own large basement for projects or storage, and a dedicated parking spot that can accommodate a vehicle up to 35ft.
The cottage has its own dedicated well water system, sewer, electric heat, and access to wifi. These costs are separate from rent.
