Cute bungalow four blocks from Church and one half block from Battery Park. One single person (no exceptions and no pets) for rental of bedroom. LGBTA friendly household. House is fully furnished and kitchen has all the essentials for cooking.
You must have experience living in a household with people other than your family or dormitories. No pets!
Also, you must provide third party verification that you have a steady income. My preference is to those persons who have substantial employment in Burlington area - this is not a college rooming house. References and credit check will be requested.
Cigarette smokers are a hard no.
Persons above 6 ft will not be comfortable with the ceiling height and should not apply.
This house is a great place to live and you should expect a few conversations before it is decided that you will move in. The room is furnished. Utilities are not included in the rent.
