6. If you are working with an outside organization, please let me know if you have contacted them to check if they will provide move in funds BEFORE you move in. I do not take funds AFTER you move in. DON'T even ask.
If you have Section 8, YES, we take Section 8, no landlord can deny you housing based on that. But do send this ad to your case manager and ask if the price point works for your voucher. No I won't fill out any paperwork for anything. All the information is in this ad.
