2 bedroom condo share situation

Two bedroom one bath “townhouse “ in central Winooski. I’ve lived here for almost 14 years and the rent just increased exponentially. As bad as it sounds, $900 per month is splitting the rent and that is before utilities. However, I would like to stay here & just started a new careerI work from home third shift most of the week. I will cover all basic utilities & internet, as long as it’s not being used from 10pm-6am.,,there are a few other caveat’s that would need to be worked out but, nothing big. Sounds kinda whacky but, it will absolutely work for the right person.
