Because she burns all her bridges and lies about the previous people she rented from. She’ll steal your condo or home keys when asking for it back she won’t. She’s 50 years old and a liar.
I didn’t like her behavior. She’s trash. She would leave her dog poop and pee everywhere and not clean it. She’s very gross. I had her rent out for a week and she just acts like she owned my condo.
I’m telling you all from Vegas you’ll regret it she would over welcome her stay give you a sobbing story about being a victim. She clearly is not. I had to get a eviction notice to get her out. Other me making her feel uncomfortable that she’s no longer welcome and want her out, she called the cops and lied about her shit of a dog having medical issues. Also about the water it was getting fixed around the complex that wasn’t under my control. Also I turned off my ac cuz I didn’t want it on all fucking day.
She’ll start complaining about the floor or chemical is bad for her dog or starving your dog or say some bullshit. I couldn’t take it anymore and got a eviction letter. Cuz she’ll over stay her welcome and not get out. She steals the keys and won’t give it back. She’s really not right in the head.
