Shady landlord
Do not rent from this landlord. She will rip you off anyway she can. She is all lies and will talk bad about you to her neighbors. If you ask her to repair something she will say you complain too much. She didn't show us proof of damage according to her. I have never had a problem with getting my deposit back before from the previous landlord. She made up "damages" that weren't even valid. She stated on 1 letter of certain damages (which were not by me) and when we asked her for proof she came out with other damages to make up the cost. She will violate your privacy and will cut around corners to make herself the victim. Her other tenant(s) even stated that she is crazy.
So what I want to know is where the "hinge" and the "cleaning" was charged? Since she didn't post it on the other letter of charge. And this was her excuse or example of "deep cleaning" of entire house (ceiling fans and fridge) which according to her was 5 hours. She didn't include all the other fans that were cleaned. My bad for forgetting 1 which cost me close to $50 to deep clean. And the "hinge" she charged us on the first letter (with the $70 return deposit) but didn't included it in the letter of the charging items. Exactly proof of her lies. She said there was damage and hole on the wall from pulling on the shower but yet she sent us the picture with no hole.
I learned my lesson not to ever rent from her again. I'm just here to warn others before they make the same mistake.
