6 minutes from downtown(I timed it myself. I was in downtown at 938 E 40th St. and Elgin at 9:36 AM. Then at 9:42 AM I was pulling into my garage at 938 E 40th St). Highway 75 gets you to downtown in 6 minutes as I timed it.
