I AM LOOKING FOR A RESIDENT WHO IS A STUDENT AT ANY UNIVERISTY. THIS ADVERTISEMENT IS FOR STUDENTS ONLY SINCE THIS IS A STUDENT HOUSING RESIDENCE. THERE WILL BE ANOTHER ROOMMATE PRESENT. RENTER'S INSURANCE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BE A RESIDENT HERE. PROOF OF RENTER'S INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED WITHIN ABOUT TWO WEEKS UPON MOVE-IN.
This is a shared student living apartment at Eastgate Apartments with one private bedroom, one private bathroom, and one shared kitchen that is fully furnished with appliances. The one-time utility fee was $50, but I have already paid for it, so the resident should have running water and electricity for their entire stay. The new resident will be responsible for completing my year long lease, so they will reside in this apartment from January 31st, 2023 until the middle of July 2023 (6 months).
