Lease Transfer needed -- willing to help with first month's rent

My girlfriend is needing out of a lease at an off-campus apartment complex. They have a new rule that you must be enrolled in some kind of higher education, be that at etsu or elsewhere. It is a shared 2br but you'd only be paying for the 1br/bath. Lease is until July. We'd be able to help with your first month's rent or anything else just pls pls help us get out of this, she's paying rent for a place she's not living and we just can't afford to be doing that.
