Starting at $1400/month for one person, $60/mth for each extra person. Rent includes ALL utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, satellite tv, wifi). 4-month lease required, possibly extendable until the beginning of Summer 2023.
$175 one time cleaning fee and $20 per key refundable deposit applicable to all renters. $675 refundable security/damage deposit. Dogs allowed with prior approval from management and additional fees and deposits. NO CATS!
NOTE: No Section 8. Rates not valid June 1st thru Sept 15th and not valid during Sturgis Rally. Units are not available on on monthly basis from May 31st through Sept 15th.
