All apartments are furnished with a queen size bed, 32-inch smart TV, couch, dresser, microwave, stovetop, and a full-size refrigerator. 
You don’t have to worry about paying utilities. ALL UTILITIES are included

The monthly rate starts at $795 with a six-month lease term. A refundable $795 security deposit is required at the time of move-in. We offer 3, 6, or 12 months lease options.

The Tiki Town Apartments is located at 601 E North St, Rapid City, SD 57701. Please stop by our main leasing office at the Avanti Apartments at 102 North Maple Ave Rapid City, SD 57701. We are open Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm.
There is no initial fee to apply for an apartment. Your application will be processed within 72 hours after submission.
