Available now, roomy, private dry cabins featuring AC/heat, mini fridge, microwave, and deck. These cabins have no plumbing but our shower house a few feet away stays open all year around, as does our laundromat.
Rent starts at $700/month for one person or $760 for two people, all utilities included (Heat, a/c, garbage, wifi, use of our shower house). One time cleaning fee of $120 required regardless of the length of your stay. $350 refundable security deposit and $20 refundable per key deposit. Owner may consider pets on an individual basis and extra fee/deposit will be required. 6-month lease required. Unit available until the beginning of Summer 2023.
