This fully furnished property is available on a month-to-month basis at a rate of $750. Guests are responsible for paying a departure cleaning fee of $120.00. Linens, towels, and toiletries are NOT provided for monthly rentals. Utilities are included. This unit requires a $700.00 refundable security deposit. Guests staying 90+ days do not have to pay tax! Mandatory inspections of the unit are performed monthly.
