I prefer a bright unit with large windows, >600sqft, with heating/cooling, and has laundry and parking available. I?m good with longer leases and $3000/mo or less in rent (including utilities), but I can be flexible for the right place. I?m a very responsible, respectful, and friendly tenant and neighbor! I don?t smoke or party and am very quiet and clean. Please let me know if you have anything available :)I need a parking spot for my sprinter van Appa. I just completed a national parks tour in it with my girlfriend and now am looking for a job. I'm leaving for interviews/holidays and need a stable place to keep it. Things about me: - Graduate student at UC Berkeley in robotics, also did my undergrad here - 800+ credit score, I can pay up front - feel free to run plates and background check me (I never even got a speeding ticket in my life) Van is fully self-sufficient, doesn't need anything and is well behaved. I'm looking for any place I can park it month to month. Please reach out if you have a spot in mind in BerkeleySoy una estudiante en CSULA. Por favor llamar alI'm a young person who is originally from Oakland and currently living in my van right now due to high rent prices. I just moved back to the bay area and have been working and saving up money. Unfortunately I've recently been having mechanical problems with my van that are very intermittent and thus make it hard for me to rely on it as a method of transportation. I'm looking for a place where I can pay to park my van and know that it will be safe (well safer than a random spot on the street) while I go to work or run errands. My ideal situation would be to park in a driveway. It would have to be on a property that you own/ rent since street spots can't be reserved. My ideal are would be near downtown Berkeley because that's where I work. North Oakland or other areas with access to public transit are also good. I want to add that while my van is having some intermittent problems it will not ""get stuck"". I can get it started and moved when necessary if the intermittent problems occurs and if worst comes to worst (unlikely) I could pay to have it towed. I'm looking to be parked for approximately 1-2 months, not longer. I can pay up to $300/ month depending on whether the spot is on or off the street, etc. I hope this would be a mutually beneficial situation where I could help you with rent/ utilities and you could help me out a lot with feeling safer and more secure. I'm happy to talk on the phone or even meet in person and discuss details of a potential arrangement. Also I want to add that I'm very neat and clean, I will absolutely not leave trash outside my van or inconvenience you in any way. I want this to be a mutually beneficial arrangement for both of us! Also I'm fully self sufficient and don't need access to utilities. My name is George an i am presently looking for a roomate to share a two bed two bath apt or condo in Thousand oaks, Simi Valley, or Camarillo. I currently rent a room in Simi but want something more spacious and something i can consider mine. Im a pretty laid back , i workout about 5 days a week im in the fitness industry. Im not a partier and enjoy peace and quiet. I can probably afford going halves on 2800 rent or lower. There are plenty of nice places available at this price, as i have been checking recently. I would rather pay $1400 a month for something that is ours as upposed to paying 1200 for a room, with very limited space. My rental history is good but i would like someone with good credit so we can get in somewhere without having to pay a considerable deposit. My interests are working out, sports, motorcycles, skiing.
