This home is tastefully decorated with updated appliances and furnishings, It has two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, and a pull out sleeper sofa. We have a covered porch with chairs and a fenced in patio with a cute loveseat rocker. We also have a large gas grill. The community pool is close by, as are plenty of activities including a ropes course, tennis, pickelball and basketball courts.
Walk down the street to the beach, or around the corner to get ice cream or go to the abc store. There are several attractions nearby, such as a ropes course, The Market Common, the state park, plenty of novelty stores, unique restaurants, an amusement park and even a Walmart grocery store. If you want to venture out further Broadway at the Beach, the boardwalk, the wax museum and the intercoastal waterway are all less than a short drive.
Refundable damage deposit, cleaning fee and first lease term (28 days) due upfront.

Will be required: Copy of ID and short-term lease agreement
Guest will be responsible for rolling trash cans to side street and back weekly.
