New carpet, recently painted, new appliances in kitchen. There is a 24 hour fitness center, tennis courts, salt water pool, security monitors the property nightly . Water and trash pick up included. This unit is ideal for a single person or couple. There is a limit of no more than two people occupying a studio unit. This is a NO PETS unit. There is a non-refundable application fee of $75.00 for single/ $125.00 for couple. A credit and background check will be processed. Proof of income will also need to be provided showing three times the amount of rent in order to process application. The security deposit will be $1300.00
