Room for rent in my apartment (shared bathroom, living area, kitchen) for $750/month ($500 deposit). Utilities included (internet split). Looking for a professional, student or retiree who desires to live in walking distance to ocean, grocery, shopping and restaurants. New owners will be upgrading appliances soon. Small but cozy - a block from Starbucks on Ocean Blvd. and beach. A Quiet neighborhood where mostly retirees live. Must be dog lover as I have a 5 yr old golden dorky mix. No smoking or drugs. Rental bedroom is approximately 20'Lx10'W with a 6'tall armoire used as closet, additional small closet and a trendy room devider so the room can be devided into a work/study and sleep studio. Present storage in room will be removed upon move in date. I moved to Myrtle Beach from NYC 15+ years ago, lived at Dunes Club for 10 years then here after my Mom passed away (I was primary caregiver); and decided to stay at this beach location. Looking at either Jan 1st-Feb 1st '23 move in date.
