Room for rent in a newly constructed home
If anyone is looking for a room, search no further! I am looking to rent out a spare bedroom and private bathroom in my home. The home is brand new so no one has ever lived in the room you’d be renting. The house is in Summerville and has an ideal location inside a safe, friendly and calm neighborhood.
The room is currently unfinished so a renter would have the choice of bringing their own items or I would be willing to furnish it. On top of the private room and bathroom a renter would be able to use the kitchen as often as they wanted as well as a washer and dryer in the home. There is also a pool and plenty of walking trails inside the neighborhood for you to enjoy!
I am friendly but also privacy conscious. I am also easy going and enjoy relaxing days at the house playing video games or watching movies. I enjoy going out with friends and hitting those beautiful Charleston beaches. I will be mindful of your wishes and privacy needs and am looking for someone who will return the favor.
An ideal renter would be someone respectful and who will take care of the space that they rent. I am looking to find someone friendly, who is mindful of their actions and how they affect their roommate. I would like to bring the right person into their home such that they can have a calm, clean and respectful living environment. The homeowner is asking for $800 a month for the room.
