Ocean Dunes 6064

This spacious ocean view 1 bedroom condo is located in Tower II of the Ocean Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach.  This unit sits on the 6th floor and is just a short walking distance to the calming waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
Properties are available on a month-to-month basis. Guests are responsible for paying a departure cleaning fee of $100-$350 depending on which property you choose. Linens, towels, and toiletries are NOT provided for monthly rentals. Utilities are included. All units require a refundable security deposit to hold the property.
Guests staying 1-2 months are not required to pass an application. If a guest staying less than 90 days chooses to extend their stay and dates are available, they may do so. BUT if their original intention was to stay less than 90 days, and now they are staying longer, they will need a new contract with a new start date. Basically, they will be checked out and back in. Any tax paid will not be refundable and all taxes will be paid to city/state. No application will be needed since they are not considered long term.
Mandatory inspections of the unit are performed monthly.
