The bedroom is furnished with a new pillow-top queen size bed, a large dresser with mirror and a nightstand. It has two hanging closets for your garments and storage.
There is a furnished private living room on the opposite side of the unit with a couch, coffee and end tables, a flat screen wall mounted TV and a dining table with chairs. It also has a hanging closet for more storage.
Both of the rooms have ceiling fans and have plenty of natural light through the insulated windows with blinds.
Between the 2 rooms there is a kitchenette with a new refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, combo air fryer/toaster oven/convection oven, a smokeless grill and a set of dinnerware and utensils.
In addition, there is the entrance to your own full bathroom with an enclosed combo tub-shower, a hand-washing sink and a separate dishwashing/kitchen sink. There is also a linen closet off the bathroom for storage of your supplies, sheets and towels.
Tenants would have use of the pool/hot tub, two private patio areas and the yard just outside the unit’s door. The patios are overlooking a creek/stream full of wildlife.
The laundry is on the ground/owner’s floor with all new appliances.
A non-refundable $50.00 application/background check fee will be required to complete before renting this unit.
The rent will be $1,400.00/month, with all utilities included. (electric, water/sewer, cable/Internet, parking, pest control, trash removal, landscaping and pool/hot tub maintenance)
