This is a 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom duplex. Located blocks from the beach, pier, library, park, on the beach side of Hwy 17 in the town of Surfside Beach. There is laundry/utility room with w/d hookup. In the kitchen is a stove, refrigerator. These units usually get rented fast. WE DO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS INCLUDING RENTAL HISTORY/EVICTIONS.
1 year lease required then month to month after the 1st year. No utilities are included. Small pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Pets would require a non-refundable pet deposit.
