Private Bedroom in Remodeled Church
Remodeled suburban church building has multiple PRIVATE BEDROOMS (furnished, some woodwork/trim needs to be completed and painted) available for rent at $595 for a single occupant, slightly more for sharing a bedroom (bunk beds are available). The space is shared with a Christian counselor who has an office in the Loft. The LOFT BEDROOM is negotiable at a higher prince. Shared spaces include: kitchen, bathrooms (2), and the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is quite large with a living/dining room. Each tenant/roommate pays percentage (25-33%) of utilities. On-site laundry room (one load per week permitted). Move in requirements: first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit. Applicants must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
