Application process is as follows - Once you have viewed the unit and decide to move forward -
1) Complete the application in detail
2) Sign and have notarized
3) Provide all landlord & residence information for past 5 years
4) Provide a copy of your PA driver’s license and or PA-ID
5) Provide at least 30 days of most recent pay stubs
6) Provide a bank account showing me your reserves (what you have available in bank)
7) Provide a copy of your Credit Karma snap shot
8) Please be honest and forthcoming with any past issues
9) I will need the original to start the process
10) Successful criminal background check
