We have two 2-bedroom apartments (each in the same duplex) opening on November 1st. Photos include both units.
- Interior was remodeled not long ago, and is pretty nice and comfortable.
- Kitchen is nice and spacious
- Bedrooms are cozy
- Bathroom is clean and new looking
- Good heater and air conditioner
- Plenty of off-street parking
- Located in a pretty nice neighborhood just south of the power plant, by McCormick elementary
- Utilities not included
- Pets allowed in some cases, but not guaranteed
- This place would be perfect for a single parent, professional couple, or for two friends to share
I am looking for a tenant with stable income, good rental history, decent credit, and a drug-free background.
This is how it works:
1. you text and explain a little about your situation
2. we have a short phone interview
3. you provide documentation (income, references, etc.)
4. we arrange a viewing
5. I then choose a tenant from the pool of applicants who will sign a lease and get keys.
