No pets or satellite dish. NON-SMOKING UNIT.
There is a charcoal grill located in the courtyard.
This includes the stove, refrigerator, microwave, some dishes, pots and pans. We also furnish the bar stools at the snack bar. This unit also comes with a bed, dresser, chair, vacuum and linens.
We verify rental history, minimum of 2 years rental history from 2 non-family members or 2 years of current payment history on your home. We verify income also.
